Hibiscus sabdariffa, a traditional plant
Native to West Africa, hibiscus sabdariffa (or bissap) has been used for centuries as a refreshing drink and as a traditional natural ally. Infused, the dried flowers release a tangy fragrance and a brilliant purple colour.

Preparation
